Bob Shaw has been buying and selling properties in the treasure valley since 2008. While many thought it was the wrong time to get into real estate, he saw it as an opportunity to learn the business rapidly as there were a substantial amount of distressed properties that needed rescued. Bob began helping people who were in foreclosure to sell their home via a short sale or guided them to resources in order to keep their home.
